All sales are final and include postage and packing where applicable and stated (see postage for details of postage terms and conditions.
Items paid for using PayPal will be dispatched as soon as possible (usually with 24 hours of payment being recieved).
No warranty is implied for accurancy or liability assumed for interpretations drawn from documents/ files or accompanying guidance.
All our products are sold on the condition that they are to used at a single location and will not be re-produced for sale or distribution in any way. The CD is copyright protected. Documents are also openly and secretly encrypted for the purposes of prosecution purposes.
All refunds for return goods will be less a postage and packaging charge of £1.50, all costs to return the item will be the responsibility of buyer.
Products that contain discs have discs sealed in packages and we cannot accept packages back for return once the seal has been broken.

Postage and Packing via Royal Mail 1st Class for the item is FREE for all delivery address within the UK. All other areas postage costs are available on requesteand most goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of recieving payment.
For an additional £1.00 the item can be sent via registered post which will cover any loss or damage to the product.
